We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your BlinkliQ account and all associated data directly from the app, or by contacting us.
Option 1: Delete in the App (Recommended)
Open BlinkliQ → Settings → Delete Account. Follow the confirmation prompts to permanently delete your account.
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to our support team with the subject line "Account Deletion Request":

- Account information — email, display name, username, profile photo, phone number
- Item listings — all items you created, including photos and descriptions
- Chat messages — your messages in all conversations
- Reviews and ratings — reviews you wrote and received
- Purchase history — records of in-app purchases
- Location data — any stored location information
Timeline
Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days (often sooner). Some records may be retained longer if required by law.
Important Notes
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Deleting your account does not cancel active subscriptions. You must cancel separately through your device's app store (e.g. the App Store).
- If you have pending transactions, they will be completed before deletion.
